Cast aluminum outdoor patio furniture is built to last for a long time. Our cast aluminum deep seating furniture is finished with high quality powder-coated paint and stainless steel hardware. Cast aluminum club chairs are strong, durable and they do not rust, grow moldy or mildew. Ready-made polyester cushion is included. You may upgrade your cushion, selected from the large range of outdoor cushions we offer here in the store. Cast aluminum deep seating club chairs are almost maintenance free and can be cleaned easily with a mild liquid soap.

Warranty: 3 years limited warranty. DARLEE does not warranty for commercial or institutional use. All warranties apply to the original purchaser and begin at the date of purchase. DARLEE reserves the right to make a disposition whether to replace, repair, or refinish any covered warranty product. For all items that have minor scratches, we will send out touch up paint with application instructions, rather than replace the item itself. In the event that any product is no longer available, equal value replacement will be offered. All replacements will be shipped out either standard UPS ground or via Freight company only. No replacements will be sent out overnight or express shipping. DARLEE will not be responsible for any costs associated with any type of white glove service that the customer chooses to service their client’s original or replacement item(s). During the third year after purchase of DARLEE furniture, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all freight costs for replacements, and the items can be shipped on the next shipping date. Replacements will be shipped Local, Common Carrier, or UPS Ground only. Oversea container order replacements can only ship with the next container order. If requested to replace an item from DARLEE’s warehouse, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipment. When requesting a replacement or repair, photographs and proof of purchase must be provided to DARLEE. FURNITURE: DARLEE furniture frames are warranted to the original purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for THREE YEARS from the original date of purchase. DARLEE will warranty the powder coat finish for THREE YEARS from the original date of purchase against blistering or peeling. A TWO YEAR warranty applies to wicker, sling, and garden accessories from the original date of purchase. This warranty does not cover damage caused by ammonia, harsh abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oils, blocks and/or lotions. It also does not cover accidental damage (fire, wind, freezing or other acts of nature) and failures caused by unreasonable use or abuse. The warranty does not cover rust seepage or bleeding from crevices or hidden surfaces inherent in some ornate designs, nor rusting and/or oxidation of furniture resulting from exposed metals that have been scratched, chipped, or not properly maintained. Any furniture placed for a period of time within 10 miles of a salt-water pool/coastline, hard-water deposits, or calcium build-up due to minerals found in regional water supplies is not covered by warranty. Due to the unique nature of handapplied finishes, fading and wearing is not included in this warranty. In addition, this warranty does not cover cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, adjustable feet, and glass top breakage. Any changes made by the manufacturer are beyond DARLEE’s control. CUSHIONS AND PILLOWS: Due to variations in photography, the color of the cushions may differ slightly. DARLEE reserves the right to replace the cushion cover depending on the nature of the problem. In the event that the cushions are no longer available, DARLEE will provide a similar replacement as soon as possible. Please note: there may be a color and texture difference in the replaced cushions, which is beyond the control of DARLEE.
