We make every effort to inspect all our products prior shipping them out to our customers. We guaranteed all our products to be free of defects on parts/materials and workmanship. Please refer to individual products for their respective warranty periods. In the event that an item is defective or our fulfillment mistakes, we will replace the item with no additional cost to you if you inform us promptly within 3 days of receiving your purchase.

All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Please file a claim with carrier for any losses or damages and then report to us through our Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) systerm within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. This can be done by logging into your account and creating a ticket. We will replace any damaged or defective products provided these are reported to us promptly. Please retain merchandise in its original packaging. We make every effort to replace erroneous or damaged shipments promptly.

To return an item for refund, please initiate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 3 days of receiving your purchase through your account on our website. Products returned for refunds must be in their original conditions. Customer pays for return shipping charges. We charge a 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs we have incurred when we ship the merchandise to you. Please note that Custom Orders (such as, custom pillows and cushions) cannot be returned. 
The balance of the amount will be refunded to the credit card used in the transaction.
