Furniture Warranty
DARLEE offers the following warranty to the original purchaser:
Furniture Frames: Covered for three (3) years from the date of purchase against
defects in material and workmanship.
Powder-Coated Finish: Warranted for three (3) years from the date of purchase against
blistering or peeling.
Wicker, Sling, and Garden Accessories: Warranted for two (2) years from the date of
purchase.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by ammonia, harsh or abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oils,
sun-blocks, or lotions
Accidental damage including fire, wind, freezing, or other acts of nature
Failures due to misuse, abuse, or improper care
Rust seepage or bleeding from crevices or hidden surfaces common in ornate designs
Rusting/oxidation of exposed metals due to scratching, chipping, or inadequate
maintenance
Items placed within 10 miles of saltwater pools or coastlines, or damage from hard-
water deposits and calcium build-up
Natural fading or wearing of hand-applied finishes
Cast iron rusting, rocker and swivel mechanisms, adjustable feet, and glass top
breakage
Note:
Any design or specification changes made by the manufacturer are outside DARLEE’s control
and are not covered under this warranty.
Cushions and Pillows Warranty
Please note: Due to photographic variations, actual cushion colors may differ slightly from
those shown. DARLEE reserves the right to determine whether a cushion cover should be
replaced, based on the nature of the issue. If a specific cushion is no longer available, a
comparable replacement will be provided. Slight differences in color or texture may occur
and are not considered defects.
Standard Fabric Cushions and Pillows
Warranted to the original purchaser for one (1) year from the date of purchase against
defects in material and workmanship.
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Fading of fabrics
Damage caused by ammonia, abrasive cleaners, pool chlorine, suntan oils, sun-blocks, or
lotions
Mold, mildew, or neglect due to lack of proper care and maintenance
Accidental damage (e.g., fire, wind, or other acts of nature)
Hard water deposits or calcium build-up from regional minerals
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Costs associated with fabric replacement, including labor and installation
Damage caused by animals or wildlife
Sun glare or heat damage from storage near windows or glass doors
Sunbrella® Fabric Cushions and Pillows
Warranted to the original purchaser for two (2) years from the date of purchase against:
Defects in material and workmanship
Fading or discoloration if properly maintained
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Accidental damage (e.g., fire, wind, or other acts of nature)
Hard water deposits or calcium build-up from regional minerals
Misuse, abuse, or improper installation
Costs associated with fabric replacement, including labor and installation
Umbrella Warranty
DARLEE umbrellas are warranted to the original purchaser for a period of one (1) year from the
date of purchase. This warranty covers:
Defects in material and workmanship
Issues such as blistering, peeling, or loss of color finish
Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by ammonia or harsh abrasive cleaners
Accidental damage, including fire, wind, freezing, or other acts of nature
Fabric fading
Rusting on any umbrella base
